Feeling like things are becoming more stressful and agitating in your life? Often when we are experiencing change there is a habit to resist the challenge and discomforts that come along with it. Resistance keeps you from rising above it all. Like a plane flying high, what happens if you were to Embrace The Turbulence.
Embrace turbulence! You are about to rise to another level. Before a plane takes off from the runway, what is the demand that the flight attendant will give you? Buckle up! This is because they know there will be some discomforts along the way to rising. If you are facing some challenges don’t see these as problems wanting to keep you on the runway. See it as an opportunity to rise above it all. Can you see yourself looking down on your bills, your naysayers, the rejections, the failures, the grim past and looking down on those doubts and fears? The airline is called Embrace Turbulence and you are on Flight 2020 heading into the new year. There is a catch. No one can come with you, who persist on keeping you from changing and improving your livelihood along your journey. There is no room to bring the weight of the world on your shoulders and there is no room to bring negative people whether that be your so-called friends or relatives that you have allowed to keep you small and doubtful. There is a such a thing called loving people from a distance. Yes, creating your kind of life requires an abound of courage. It requires decisions to be made and not to be changed by external influences or circumstances that don’t serve its purpose.
In order to rise above it all we need you to travel light and we need you to focus on you and “be ready”.
Henry Ford said that a plane doesn’t take off with the wind but instead against it. To create change there will be a required consistent ACTION to walk into the challenging winds to accept, address and embrace the changes that come along with it. Buckle up! Life is bumpy for you because you are about to do something special! It’s a test. Put on the seat belt of trust and know you are going to be alright. Do not allow yourself to fail by not trusting the process of challenges which are the turbulence of your moving and growing forward in life. This is your flight and your destination. Rise above all the turbulence and see that it is all part of the process to become more prepared as you go higher. The Eagle flies the highest because it has the strongest wings. If you fly low you will never know. Fly high and you will discover “your why”. Time to Champion Up and embrace the turbulence!
